It is an innovative and sustainable residential and hospitality project designed by Multiplicities, set in the breathtaking landscape of Todos los Santos, Baja California Sur, dubbed as the biggest natural aquarium on the planet.

The design of Dunes is inspired by the natural waves formed by the wind on the desert sands and the ocean’s rhythmic surf.

These flowing patterns are echoed in the architecture, creating a seamless transition between the desert and the ocean. The buildings are covered in rocks sourced directly from the site, allowing endemic desert plants to grow on the structures, effectively camouflaging the architecture within the desert landscape.

Dunes consists of 15 luxurious residences, thoughtfully designed with rammed earth construction to harmonize with the surrounding environment. The homes are organized around serene private patios and lush gardens promoting wellness and relaxation.

At the heart of the community is a communal permaculture garden, complete with a plant nursery designed to cultivate local flora and provide a sustainable living experience for residents.

In addition to the residential villas, Dunes features a 13-key boutique hotel, positioned to maximize panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean.
